Roberto Mottola
Hey, I’m Roberto. I build products, and I’ve done most of it inside startups, from next to nothing to something people use every day. I came to it from architecture, where I was obsessed with how people experience a space. I still am: I look at the big picture, care about the small details, and find the story that ties it all together.
Experience

A business bank for agent-first companies, later an agent harness for finance teams. Three co-founders (ex-Revolut, ex-Satispay), backed by Vento Ventures.
- Discovery
- 70+ conversations with prospects, competitors and operators across Europe and SF; the findings drove our pivot and lined up our first customer.
- Team
- Secured backing from Vento Ventures, fielded inbound investor interest and recruited our technical co-founder.
- Product
- Defined the product and prototyped its agent payment controls. Built an internal finance agent that ran our invoicing.
